Everything a Property Intelligence Admin needs to know about managing users
Users Table
Manage Users and Admins from the Users table.
User Table Columns
Bulk Actions
By checking two or more rows, bulk actions becomes available. To access bulk actions, click on the word "Actions" in the header.
Deactivate is currently the only bulk action option available.
Menu
Access all actions available for the User.
- Edit: Edit the loan details for the property.
- Deactivate: Deactivate the User. If a User is Deactivated, any properties that have not been reassigned will remain associated with the User when they are reactivated.
Address
Shows the property address the Homeowner is associated with.
Properties
This column shows the number of active Properties over the total number of assigned Properties for that User.
Homeowners
This column shows the number of active Homeowners over the total number of known Homeowners for that User.
