Home Listed notifications are typically sent out within 24 hours of the property hitting the market. They usually arrive sooner.
MMI is continually working to provide more value by adding additional tools and adding more coverage areas to the platform. We have been able to expand our coverage areas to over 90% of the U.S. Our listing alerts have expanded into many new areas and are pushed out immediately from the time we receive them. Some markets are quicker to list than others, but, in terms of listing update, we find that our notifications are as fast if not faster other large home search sites across the country.
