Searching with LO Rank
LO rank provides you the top ranked originators based on several filters that are interchangeable within a given time frame for specific county, city, and volume.
- To get started, sign into your MMI account
- Click the Mortgage tab and select LO Rank
- Select Time Frame
- Select State
- Select the County you would like to search (City is optional)
- Select Minimum and Maximum Volume
- Click Search to search the top LOs that match this criteria
Use additional filters to include or exclude: Bank or Credit union officers, show or not show managers, purchase percentages, refi percentages, transaction types, and loan types.
Understanding LO Rank Results
Get the most out of LO Rank by understanding the data and results displayed in the columns below.
- OFFICE: Office address makes finding local LOs easy to spot.
- FILTER SUM: Display the volume that the LO is doing within the county that you have selected.
- TOTAL SUM: This represents the total business they are doing overall.
