The Market Analysis dashboard first shows the total volume produced in the market based on your filter selection and allows you to see the top contributors in the Lender Leaderboard. The dynamic table allows you to sort to see which lenders are capturing the most volume and units, or you can sort by growth metrics to see which lenders are growing most in the area.
Filters also allow you to filter on items such as a lender's type or state to see how other lenders headquartered in your area are faring in the market against your organization in similar lines of business.
Trending Volume & Loan Officers
The production trending graph allows you to see the total market production based on any active filters. The line graph shows the production volume while the column graph in the background shows the number of loan officers that produced transactions each month. This chart updates dynamically based on the criteria you set so you can review these metrics for any market, any products, and for any population of lenders you'd like to include.
Product Breakdowns
Exploring the product breakdowns, we offer two different perspectives to analyze the data. You can view the percentage of products sold by the top five lenders in the market under review, as well as the overall distribution of product percentages across the industry.
