Sometimes a User is also a Company Admin. How do you log in as both?
The short answer is you can't log in as both at the same time but can by using two different email addresses and methods of logging in.
User Login
Since the majority of the time a dual role user will want to log in as a standard User (Loan Officer) rather than an Admin, the User login email address will mirror the User's MMI account email, allowing them to access Property Intelligence with a click directly from their MMI account.
Admin Login
Email Address
To log in as an Admin, first you will need to have a separate email address for the Admin account. Whenever possible we recommend using a simple alias if your standard email address (ie, myname+admin@domain.com)
Your MMI Team can help to create the Admin account using this email address.
Login Page
To start the login process, visit propintel.io
In the window in the middle of the screen, enter your Admin email address (as described above)
Magic Link
In a few seconds, you will receive an email with a "magic link."
Simply click on the Go button and you'll immediately be logged in to your company account as an Admin. From here you can manage your company settings.
