Same-Day Listing Strategy for Agents

You will receive emails from Mobility Property Monitor when the agents you are tracking list a new home for sale. We provide the agent's name, phone number, a link to all of their listings, a web search to help validate, and their FastFact profile.

You received a Property Monitor email. Now what?

Let’s take a look and see the steps to make this a successful same day listing strategy. 

  1. Open the Property monitor email and see your agent's new listing
  2. Click on the agent to be taken into MMI to the agent's FastFacts page

  3. From the agent’s FastFacts page, click Listings 
  4. In the Listings tab, click on the listing link to search the listing

  5. Find the Realtor.com (or similar) link and click it

  6. Scroll through Realtor.com to see all the details about the listing. (Price, how many days it's been on the market, open house info, etc.)

  7. Now it’s time to take action!
  8. Go back into MMI to get the agent’s contact information 
  9. Finally, call and congratulate the agent. Let them know you are there to help with any of their business needs and take it from there.
