We have set this up using email lead parsing. How that works is you take the user’s “username” from the platform and add @totalexpert.net to the end. This article from TotalExpert walks through how to do this in more detail.2. Once you have the totalexpert.net email address, add it to each of your user’s profile:
3. Place the email address in the appropriate field and save. The CRM Email Push button will now appear on every contact record in MMI.
Sending a Contact to Your CRM
You simply find an Agent or LO to send to your CRM, CRM Push button, add contact data, click the CRM Email Push and within a short period of time, your contact with the appropriate fields will be uploaded into your TE account.
